Co-produced by CBBC, Studio Liddell and Magic Lantern, Bugbears has been shortlisted by the Mental Health Media Awards 2009 in the category of 'Young People's Media'. The Awards 'celebrate the best portrayal of mental distress and reporting of mental health in broadcast media'. Winners will be announced Tuesday, November 24th.
